For me, it started with the Hines Wing Event. We had so much fun meeting so many fellow motorcycle enthusiast that we knew we had to get together again in some form. As it turned out, we decided to have a reunion.

For our 3rd year of gathering and helping we went back to the same place in Missouri, and we learned of a woman, Andi Jo, who was battling cancer in a very tough way. We were able to hold our second HWG Reunion in Andi Jo's honor, and had another great time.

Now a group of people has done a spin off of the HWG, and call it PIF. From the idea of Pay It Forward, this name will be non-specific to any 1 person or organization. Find out more clicking the PIF link.

Memorial Day weekend 2005 was another great gathering of friends. This year we went to Shawnee State Park near Portsmouth Ohio. Some of us camped, and some stayed at the hotel, but we all had a great time.

Through the efforts of  many people we were able to raise over $2300 to help a family out. You can see some pictures here.

Next years location is being discussed now, and I'm hearing talk of Arkansas. Drop me an e-mail if you would like to make any suggestions.

PIF 2007 was one of the best PIF's yet. Everything seemed to fall into place nicely. The amount raise this year was $3533. $3233 went to Harold, $200 to the food bank, and $100 for Wanderlust for use of the social room and pavilion.
30+ motorcycles, and 58 people.
